**All services come with extensive resources and workbooks to help with masking, burnout, sensory regulation, executive functioning, etc.

Insurance and Out of Network Information

We do not accept any insurance and are considered an out of network provider.

The advantages of not using insurance include:

  • Your diagnosis and treatment information are not shared with your insurance company

  • I keep your information private and confidential and your diagnosis and protected health information is not shared with any type of database. There are a few exceptions by law but I take protecting patient privacy very seriously.

  • We decide what assessment and treatment are appropriate for you. Insurance companies often put restrictions on psychologists and tell us what tests to use, how long sessions can be, what the report should look like, etc. Your care is in my hands and not dictated by a massive corporation. This allows me to provided neurodiversity-affirming care tailored to you.

  • Often times, adult autism and ADHD evaluations are not covered by insurance or only minimal assessment is allowed. I spend time getting to know you and don't look at the clock.

Payment Options

I accept credit cards and ACH as payment. Half of the payment for assessments is due at the first appointment, with the second half due at the second appointment usually a week or two later.

Payment plans are available. For example, you might pay $600 at the first appointment, then $600 three weeks later, and then the final $600 three weeks weeks after that. This allows you to spread out payments over time. We can discuss options.

I now accept CareCredit! This is a health and wellness credit card which offers deferred interest. For more information and to see if you pre-qualify without impact to your credit score, visit their website. You can use CareCredit for any of my services.

Very limited reduced fee spots for the full evaluation. Feel free to reach out, I know times are hard.

If you are able to pay full price for an evaluation, it allows me to provide reduced priced care to neurodivergent individuals who would not otherwise get services, especially in states which are unserved.

You may ask for a superbill, which is a receipt after services to submit for your insurance for possible reimbursement. If you want to check insurance benefits before your evaluation, please let me know and I can see if I can help you find information.
