**All services come with extensive resources and workbooks to help with masking, burnout, sensory regulation, executive functioning, etc.
Payment Options
I accept credit cards and ACH as payment. I can also run HSA and FSA cards.
Typically, half of the payment for assessments is due at the first appointment, with the second half due at the second appointment usually a week or two later.

In house payment plans are available, with no credit check, application, or interest. The $1800 fee is divided into 3 payments of $600. Usually $600 is due a month before your appointment, then $600 is due the day of your appointment, then $600 is due about a month later. We will discuss options and set the dates and amounts before you start the evaluation.

I have an appointment calendar which allows spots through the end of the year if you want to book an evaluation but need more time to pay.

I now accept CareCredit! This is a health and wellness credit card which offers deferred interest. For more information and to see if you pre-qualify without impact to your credit score, visit my portal and try the calculator at the bottom of this page. You can use CareCredit for any of my services.

Very limited reduced few spots. Please reach out for more information.
If you are able to pay full price for an evaluation, it allows me to provide reduced priced care to neurodivergent individuals who would not otherwise get services, especially in states which are unserved.

Financing options include Credit Cards, FSA, HSA, CareCredit, and an house payment plan of 3 payments over a few months (no interest, no credit check, easy to set up.)
Insurance and Out of Network Information
We do not accept any insurance and are considered an out of network provider.
The advantages of not using insurance include:
-
Your diagnosis and treatment information are not shared with your insurance company
-
I keep your information private and confidential and your diagnosis and protected health information is not shared with any type of database. There are a few exceptions by law but I take protecting patient privacy very seriously.
-
We decide what assessment and treatment are appropriate for you. Insurance companies often put restrictions on psychologists and tell us what tests to use, how long sessions can be, what the report should look like, etc. Your care is in my hands and not dictated by a massive corporation. This allows me to provided neurodiversity-affirming care tailored to you.
-
Often times, adult autism and ADHD evaluations are not covered by insurance or only minimal assessment is allowed. I spend time getting to know you and don't look at the clock.

For possible insurance reimbursement, I can provide superbill, which is a receipt given after services are paid for. I am considered an out-of-network provider. The first step to see if your insurance might possibly cover any of the evaluation fee is to check your out-of-network deductible. These are often quite high and if you haven't met it, any fee paid towards me would count towards meeting the deductible and you would not be reimbursed. However, if you have other out-of-network services like therapy or specialist visits, you may have met the deductible and can get some reimbursement. If you need help with specific CPT codes or preauthorizations, please let me know and I can see if I can help.
