Designed for High-Masking, High-Performing Individuals

Warm, neurodiversity-affirming ADHD evaluations for adults who have spent years holding everything together on the outside while quietly burning out on the inside.

Simple and quick process without long sessions or in-person testing needed. Evaluation with a licensed psychologist who has ADHD and gets it.

Who This Evaluation Is For

  • Adults whose medical provider is requesting documentation for ADHD medication

  • Individuals wanting to confirm or update a previous ADHD diagnosis

  • Adults needing accommodations at work

  • High-masking, high-performing adults who want to understand themselves better

  • Adults who have already had an evaluation and need a second opinion

  • Students who need accommodations for college or graduate school

When You’ve Spent Years “Compensating,” It Doesn’t Mean You Aren’t Functioning Well

Many adults reach out after years of struggling with focus, organization, follow-through, and internal pressure while still appearing “fine” to everyone else.

You may be:

  • Exhausted from working twice as hard as others

  • Struggling to start or finish tasks

  • Constantly overwhelmed by everyday demands

  • Losing time to hyperfocus and burnout cycles

  • Feeling scattered despite being smart, capable, and motivated

  • Wondering why things feel harder for you than they should

ADHD in adults often looks like invisible effort, not visible chaos. You’re not failing; you’ve been compensating for years, and it takes a toll. This evaluation helps you finally understand why things feel the way they do. I look at anxiety and depression as well to help you understand the whole picture, as living with undiagnosed ADHD often takes a toll on your mental health.

A Neurodiversity-Affirming Approach

I specialize in working with adults who mask well, hold high expectations for themselves, and internalize their struggles. Your evaluation is:

  • Collaborative and conversational rather than hours of unnecessary cognitive or neuropsychological testing (it's not needed for a diagnosis!)

  • Focused on your lived experience

  • Sensitive to masking and emotional costs

  • Designed for high-masking adults, women, autistic folks, gifted individuals, and late-identified neurodivergent adults

  • Respectful, validating, and practical

Your evaluation integrates all of these, giving you a meaningful and accurate understanding of how your brain works. I have ADHD, so I can share my experiences and recommendations that have actually worked for me.

The evaluation fee is $900. The first payment is due at the first session with the second half due at the second session. I can provide a receipt called a "superbill" for possible insurance reimbursement (but not guaranteed.) We accept CareCredit and offer payment plans. Yes, I specialize in adult autism evaluations as well! Visit my Autism Evaluation page for details.

It's easy to get assessed for both at the same time.

Do you provide ADHD evaluations in my state?

Online ADHD evaluations are available in almost all states. Please view the Locations page for verification.

Do you take insurance?

No. I am an out-of-network provider, which keeps your evaluation completely private, and the process is simpler, faster, and more flexible. I can provide a superbill if you want to submit it to your insurance for possible reimbursement. See the Finances page for more details.

Will my results remain private?

Yes. Your evaluation is confidential and not shared with insurance databases unless you request it.

Can this evaluation be used for medication?

Yes. Your report can be shared with your primary care provider or psychiatrist as documentation for medication decisions. I do not prescribe medication.

Do I need a full neuropsychological evaluation to be diagnosed with ADHD?

No. ADHD is diagnosed through a clinical interview, rating scales, history, and an attention test. Long in-person neuropsychological testing is rarely required and is not useful for recommendations.

What is the turnaround time?

Typically within 2 weeks within your first appointment, depending on your scheduling availability. I am usually able to get folks within a few weeks or a month, and turn around the evaluation within a week or two.
